An exhibition stand in the conference networking area allows your company to demonstrate your products, network with attendees, hold informal meetings or just give more exposure to your brand via an exhibition stand in the only networking area in the conference, where all coffee breaks and lunches are held.

It includes space, aisle cleaning, pavillon security and publication of company’s information in the Exhibition Official Catalogue (100 words).
Your company will receive one complimentary "attendance-package" conference registration.

Space Only: 18 sq.m - € 9,000

It includes space, aisle cleaning, pavillon security and publication of company’s information in the Exhibition Official Catalogue (200 words).
Your company will receive two complimentary "attendance-package" conference registrations.

Equipped Space: 9 sq.m - € 7,000

It includes rear and side walls, carpet, fascia panel with company name, publication of company’s information in the Exhibition Official Catalogue (100 words), 1 table, 2 chairs, waste basket, electricity connection, 1 plug socket (220v) and 3 spot lights, aisle cleaning and pavilion security (power supply is requested separately).
Your company will receive one complimentary "attendance-package" conference registrations and one voucher for the Social dinner

Equipped Space: 18 sq.m - € 12,000

It includes rear and side walls, carpet, fascia panel with company name, publication of company’s information in the Exhibition Official Catalogue (200 words), 2 tables, 4 chairs, waste basket, electricity connection, 2 plug sockets (220v) and 6 spot lights, aisle cleaning and pavilion security (power supply is requested separately).
